The focus of this year’s event on the Maghreb/Middle East region presents great attraction to the renewable energy industry, investors and financiers. The region is very attractive as far as the industry is because the impetus to go renewable has never been stronger as Governments in the regions are setting up urgent strategies to accelerate expansion of alternative energy which will see greater percentage of their electricity generation derived from renewable sources as domestic demand for energy steadily rises.
